With nearly 17 years of experience as an Escrow Officer in the title insurance industry, Stephanie brings an exceptional depth of knowledge to every transaction. Her extensive background on the title side gives her clients a rare advantage—ensuring smooth, secure, and well-informed closings from start to finish.

Stephanie Leary is proud to come from a family rooted in hard work, entrepreneurship, and community. After her husband Michael transitioned from his career as an elementary school teacher, the Leary family discovered a shared passion for real estate and hands-on property improvement. Together, they began building a portfolio of family-owned businesses that reflect their values and long-term vision.

Their first venture, M&D Roofing and Construction, LLC, allowed the family to serve homeowners and businesses through reliable residential and commercial roofing services. From there, they expanded into real estate investment through Leary Investment Properties, LLC, gaining firsthand experience in property acquisition, renovation, and management. Closer to home, the family also cultivates their own Leary Family Orchard, a backyard project that symbolizes their belief in growth, stewardship, and building something meaningful from the ground up.

These combined experiences give Stephanie a rich understanding of homeownership, renovation, and real estate investment—perspectives she brings directly to the clients she serves.

Born in Fort Worth and raised in Mansfield, Stephanie graduated as part of the Lady Tiger Basketball State Championship team—an experience that shaped her competitive drive, teamwork mindset, and leadership style. Today, she brings that same energy to real estate. Outside of work, she enjoys playing beach volleyball and coaching youth basketball. Stephanie and her husband Michael are proud parents to both a son and daughter who are also very active in sports.
